  1. Your item damage are wrong.

    Unenchanted creepers/skellies are 5 hits wooden, 4 hits stone, 4 hits iron, 3 hits diamond (no crits). MOJANG nerfed weapons in 1.8b to make room for enchantments. crits deal 1.5 times damage:

    creepers/skellies are 4 hits wooden, 3 hits stone, 3 hits iron, 2 hits diamond.

    Zombies take even more since they have standard leathered armour….
